With its steep pitch, all aspects of the design were carefully considered to not only capture the breathtaking views, but for comfort and accessibility. The home’s 3 floors showcase the view of the lake and golf course below, as well as snow-capped Mt. Evans in the distance. The outdoor entertaining space features an outdoor kitchen complete with a Churrascaria (Brazilian barbecue) custom-built for our homeowner to cook authentic meals from his homeland. The interior showcases natural elements with wood finishes and timbers and a 2-story stone fireplace.
