With 30 years of experience in home design and construction, Adam Lozowick is a hands-on expert who takes pride in delivering quality craftsmanship and seamless project execution. Having lived in Evergreen, CO, since 1982, he has a deep connection to the mountain community and understands the unique challenges and opportunities of building in Colorado.

When he’s not on a job site, Adam enjoys life in Evergreen with his wife, Julie, and their daughters, Rhyan and Taylor.

Originally from Southern California, Julie Lozowick fell in love with Evergreen in 1999 and knew it was the place she was meant to call home. With over 25 years of experience in office management and human resources, she is vital in keeping Aspen Leaf Custom Homes running smoothly.
Julie oversees all aspects of office administration and bookkeeping, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and top-tier customer service. Her attention to detail and dedication to the company make her an integral part of the team—helping to bring dream homes to life while maintaining the business’s foundation.
